What would happen if my ebike battery gets to 0%?

I have always tried charging the ebike battery to a certain level before usage, and there was no time that I ever let him drop down to zero. Just this morning, I was imagining what is going to happen if the ebike battery level gets to 0%? Has it ever happened to you? What was the experience like?

If your e-bike battery reaches 0%, the motor stops assisting and the bike becomes heavy to pedal. Deep discharges repeatedly can also shorten battery lifespan and reduce performance gradually.
