Do you think motor powered ebikes should be allowed on pedal assisted bikes on bike lanes?

As e-bikes are becoming more powerdul, more common and also quicker, conflicts between traditional cyclists and electric riders can escalate, especially when using cycle lanes. Shared infrastructure like cycle lane isn't always designed for different travel speeds. Do you think e-bikes shoukd have access to all bike lanes, or do you think there should be separate rules?
