Fast charging: useful or battery killer?

Fast charging is great if you are in a rush and you need to charge something quickly to be able to get on with your day, the same could be said for the battery to your e-bike or e-scooter as well, fast charging is amazing, especially if your battery died and you need to get it back up to be able to get home or even get to where you need to be.

When it comes to fast charging, some people find it useful, while others often find it a battery killer. What are your thoughts on fast charging? Is it useful or a battery killer?
