Getting spare parts and services from manufacturers

Buying ebike is one thing, but getting spare parts or warranty support is different thing. Some brands look great until buyers start struggling with spare parts or services. Do you easily find spare parts for the brand you are using? Do you alao get good services from the manufacturer? Any there any brands you would avoid because of service issues?

Most of buy from a merchant for ebikes or other staff is from friends recommandation don't have the intention to google a lot.
