From my experience with driving in bad weather when driving a car and e-bikes, I know it's very difficult to navigate successful with bikes compared to cars. With e-bikes, wind and water will be disrupting your sight thereby making it very difficult to see clearly and ride safely. This is why I don't ride whenever the weather looks weird or there's a weather report with an impeding rainfall.
