How Do E-Scooters Compare to Petrol Scooters in Daily Use?

After using petrol scooter for many years, I changed to electroct scooter about two years ago. The things you hear about escooter as compared to petrol scoother, might feel different when you actually buy. On paper, e-scooters seem cheaper and quieter (cheaper not in terms of pricing but in terms of fueling). But ground reality might be different. For instance, you might be using fossil fuel powered generator to recharge your escooter.
If you have used both, how do they really compare in day-to-day commuting? Do you miss the power or flexibility of petrol scooters? What made you switch, or what’s holding you back?

I have used both and in my experience there is not much difference in performance and comfort. They are equally great for daily commuting. We use hydro electricity so we use green energy for our EV, the number of charging stations are growing day by day, therefore, charging isn't an issue
