How Far Do You Go to Make Your Bike Lighter?

Have you ever removed parts or accessories from your e-bike to make it lighter? What did you take off and did you actually notice a difference on the road or the performance of your e-bike?

Frankly speaking, I haven't done anything to make my ebike lighter. I have a foldable ebike, I bought with an aim to take it with me when I go to other cities so that commuting is easy. My ebike is lighter, haven't felt any need to do something to make it lighter

I don't think there's any extra weight on my e-bike which needs to come off in order for me to make it feel lighter. Everything is perfect the way it should be. The only thing I try not to do is add unnecessary extra weight by carrying heavy load on the e-bike when I'm riding.

I haven't had to do anything so far to make my e-bike lighter, as I feel it is perfect just the way it is. I do know that some e-bikes are made differently and can, in some cases, be heavier, so I can see why some people would want to make them lighter.

I would be worried about making it too light and ending up having issues with balance.
