I haven't started experiencing this yet but I have a few friends who often complain that battery percentage goes down from 40% to 20% too quickly, especially when the weather is cold or when escooter has a load.. May be voltage sag could be the reason, or perhaps rhe beginning of battery failure. Have you noticed this behavior on your scooter? Does it improve after calibration or warm-up?
