Not all repair shops handle all escooter or ebike brands. Even experienced mechanics sometimes avoid working on some models due to proprietary systems, lack of diagnostic tools, or unclear repair guidelines. Have you been refused service because of your brand?

It's for the better good when a service center refuse to work on your e-bike or e-scooter because they don't have the right tools to work on them because if they do, they're going to end up damaging the e-bike or e-scooter. I hardly change my e-bike service center because they do a great job for me.
